Pattern electrodes 13 and 14 used for forming inductors L1 and L2 are formed on the upper surface of a dielectric substrate 12 and electrode films 15 for mounting capacitor substrates are formed on both end sections and central part of the substrate 12. Through holes 16 are respectively formed through the substrate 12 at the end sections of the films 15 and electrodes 13 and 14 and the films 15 are respectively connected to the electrodes 13 and 14 through patterns formed on the lower surface of the substrate 12. The substrate 12 is mounted on a base substrate 9 and a capacitor substrate is mounted on the substrate 12.
