To provide a diene-based rubber composition in which carbon black and pulverized bituminous coal are compounded, from which a conductive rubber member having both of processability and low electric resistance can be obtained when the composition is used as a vulcanized and molded material of a conductive rubber member that partially constitutes a tread part of a pneumatic tire.

The diene-based rubber composition is obtained by blending 20 to 100 parts by weight of pulverized bituminous coal and 5 to 20 parts by weight of carboxy group-containing liquid polyisoprene with respect to 100 parts by weight of diene-based rubber. More preferably, not more than 70 parts by weight of carbon black is compounded in the composition.
