To form a hyperbolic sine circuit, etc., of high accuracy in a semiconductor integrated circuit by preparing plural differential circuit, including each differential pair where one of two input transistors TR of an input pair of cross connection to which the differential input signals are applied is driven by a constant current source with the other TR forming an output part and using a differential current as the output of an output pair.

Differential input signals are applied to TRs Q1 and Q2 which construct an input pair, and the TR Q2 is driven by a constant current source Io. A 1st differential circuit consists of a differential pair having its output part formed by the TR Q1, the source Io and a TR Q3 which supplies a current flowing into the source Io. Similarly, a 2nd differential circuit consists of differential TRs Q4 and Q5 which constitute an input pair, the source Io and a TR Q6 which supplies a current to the source Io. Then the cross connection is secured between the input pairs (TRs Q1, Q2, Q4 and Q5) and the differential currents of an output pair (output differential currents of TRs Q1 and Q4) are outputted.
