To provide a differential limiting device which can generate higher differential limiting torque by utilizing a cam mechanism to operate a multi-disk clutch.

This device has a differential case 50 rotated by an input shaft, drive unit 51 set up in the inside of the differential case 50 to connect an axle shaft in a left side to a an inner side, plurality of pinion gears 54 simultaneously meshed with an internal ring gear 53 formed in the inside of the differential case 50 and a sun gear 52 meshed with an outer side in a tip end part of the drive unit, pinion shaft 55 rotatably supporting the pinion gear 54, planet gear device insertion fixing one end of the pinion shaft 55 to consist of a carrier spool line connecting a right side axle shaft, cam mechanism 57 operated by a difference of a speed generated from the planet gear device to perform differential limiting action, and a multi-disk clutch 60 connecting an outer plate 63 to the cam mechanism and an inner plate 61 to the drive unit.
