This photosensitive material has a hydrophilic binder, photosensitive silver halide, a dye-donating material which is substantially insoluble with water and a reducing agent which is substantially insoluble with water on a base body. The dye-donating material and the reducing agent are fine particles of solids which are independently dispersed in the hydrophilic binder.
