This device is equipped with a magnetoresistive group 104, which serially connects plural magnetoresistive elements consisting of a magnetoresistance 101 and a control wiring 102 that are composed, that a magnetoresistive value can vary and the set magnetoresistive value is stored as a nonvolatile one, and an amplifier 106, to whose input a voltage is supplied from an external voltage source by way of the magnetoresistive group 104 and which applies analog operation to the supplied voltage. An operation coefficient given by the resistance value of the magnetoresistive group 104 is selectively decided, in accordance with set of each magnetoresistive element, and the operation function differing in accordance with a selection configuration of the coefficient concerned is made selectable.
