Title:
DIGITAL GROUND WAVE RECEIVER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11225085
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce a frequency without producing image disturbances, to prevent a sampling frequency from being increased in a demodulation circuit and to avoid complication of the circuitry of a digital demodulation section.

This receiver is provided with a tuner section 50 and a digital demodulation section 55 that digitally demodulates a signal received by the tuner section 50. The tuner section 50 is provided with high frequency amplifier means 4, 7 that amplify a high frequency signal, a signal selection means 15 that selects a desired 1-channel signal, a 1st frequency conversion means 9 that converts the selected high frequency signal into a 1st intermediate frequency signal, a 2nd frequency conversion means that converts the 1st intermediate frequency signal into a 2nd intermediate frequency signal, and band pass filters 33, 34 that eliminate an undesired frequency component from an output signal from the 1st frequency conversion means 9. These means are mounted on the same printed circuit board and contained in the same cases 101, 102.
