This digital protective controller is fitted with a first CPU board which is a CPU board having a CPU and a program storage unit to be accessed by the CPU, and has a control data storage unit which stores a control data for controlling the CPU board, and a second CPU board which is a CPU board having a CPU and a program storage unit to be accessed by the CPU, and has a control data collecting portion for collecting and holding the control data stored in the control data storage unit.
