Abstract:
PURPOSE: To miniaturize a circuit by reducing the number of oscillators required for constitution of a digital radio communication terminal.
CONSTITUTION: This digital radio communication terminal uses an N-phase phase modulation signal (N is an integer and the number N of discrimination symbols is 4 at the time of π/4 shift QPSK modulation) to transmit information. The oscillation frequency of a reference oscillator 11 used in a frequency synthesizer 12 is set to a common multiple (12.6MHz) of a second intermediate frequency (450kHz) and the number N of discrimination symbols and is supplied to a detector 2 which outputs reception data.
