Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital television broadcasting receiver capable of confirming the information of superimposed characters broadcasted during recording and of reproducing only an original recorded program.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with a first means for storing received superimposed character information in a storage means when the superimposed character information is received during recording and a second means for outputting superimposed character image signals corresponding to the superimposed character information stored in the storage means to a recording output terminal before the prescribed time of recording ending time.
