To provide a dilution mixing sprinkling nozzle which has an improved usability and can be obtained at low cost by a method wherein a liquid other than water is mixed into water streams spouted from a water sprinkling nozzle, which is used for washing cars or in gardening to dilute the liquid and to provide a method for diluting and mixing the liquid into water.

It is difficult to mix a liquid other than water into the water spouted from a sprinkling nozzle since a fluid flowing through a pipe interconnecting a feed water value and the sprinkling nozzle is pressurized, on the other hand, when the pressure of fluid spouted from the sprinkling nozzle is reduced to the atmospheric pressure, another fluid, under atmospheric pressure, can be mixed into the fluid spouted from the nozzle. If a spout nozzle for a fluid to be mixed is provided inside or near the sprinkling nozzle, the spout nozzle is surrounded with the water spouted from the sprinkling nozzle. Thus, a shear field by velocities of the water and the fluid is produced, and hence the fluid is withdrawn with the water so as to be spouted out. The fluid and the water are mixed together toward the downstream. As a result, the fluid is diluted and spouted.
