PURPOSE: To provide a dining dish transport vehicle with which the labor for transport can be reduced drastically and a storage chamber can be easily washed.

CONSTITUTION: A dining dish transport vehicle is equipped with a storage chamber 1 for accommodating dining dishes, duct 14 having an air feeding port 12 communicating to the storage chamber 1 and an air recovery port 13, air blow fan 15 which is installed in the duct 14 and sends air from the air recovery port 13 to the air feeding port 12, and a heater 16 which is installed in the duct 14 and heats the air supplied to the air feeding port 12 at a necessary temperature. The duct 14, air blow fan 15, and the heater 16 are formed integrally as air adjusting unit, together with an electric system, and the air adjusting unit 11 is constituted so as to be mounted and demounted from the storage chamber 1.
