Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable an electrode insertion operation to be easily carried out by a method wherein the electrode can be inserted in a wound iron core from the outside of an oven.
CONSTITUTION: Input terminals 11 and 12 connected to the power supply terminals of an annealing oven, connecting terminals 14a and 14b connected to the terminals 11 and 12, and connecting conductors 16a and 16b with terminals 15a, 15b, 15c, and 15d provided at both its ends are provided to a base 10 of a transformer iron core transfer apparatus 1. Six wound iron cores are placed at prescribed positions on a tray 19 of the transformer iron core transfer apparatus 1, electrodes 18a, 18b, and 18c are inserted to form a current path, terminal 11→ terminal 14a→ electrode rod 18a→ terminal 15a→ terminal 15b→ electrode rod 18b→ terminal 15c→ terminal 15d→ electrode rod 18c→ terminal 14b→ terminal 12, the transformer iron core transfer apparatus 1 is placed in an oven, and a current is made to flow through the above current path.
