Abstract:
PURPOSE:To identify a direction of next turning of vehicle at suitable timing by performing prescribed direction instruction while limiting it from the passage of a closest target point as the reference of turning to right and left to the acquisition of a posture along the next traveling route. CONSTITUTION:An unmanned vehicle 1 passes from an origin 0 to target points A, B, C and D and moves toward the final target point. Assuming that the vehicle 1 travels along a traveling route 10b including a point P, in this case, the direction instruction is started when a distance d2 to the target point B is shorter than a set distance value '1'. At such a time, the distance d2 is calculated on this orthogonal coordinate. Since turning to left is detected from angle difference (PSI2-PSI3) between the traveling route 10b and a next traveling route 10c, direction indicators 8a and 9a are turned on and off. After the target point B is passed, the absolute value of the difference between the inclination of a car body and an angle PSI3 of the traveling route 10c is smaller than a set angle value and when the car body 2 acquires the posture along the traveling route 10c, the turning on/off of the direction indicators 8a and 9a is stopped.
