PURPOSE: To make a device small-sized and simple by turning a lifter to raise and lower a disc.

CONSTITUTION: When a cam follower 102 rises, a clamper 34 is turned in the direction of an arrow D to release clamping of a disc 40 due to a chuck plate 92, and a pressing piece 105 rises and a projecting part 103 and a recessed part 104 are disengaged from each other. When the pressing piece 105 rises, a lifter 41 is turned around shafts 63 and 64 by the force of a leaf spring 77, and a claw 59 rises to raise th disc 40. When the disc 40 rises to the upper limit position, a gear 128 of a cam body 115 is engaged with a rack gear 50 of a tray 33. The rack gear 50 is pushed forward by the gear 128 of the cam body 115 to move the tray 33 forward, and finally, it is moved until a disc placing part 46 is exposed to the outside of a device body 31.
