Abstract:
To provide a disc resonator, a conductivity measurement device and a conductivity measurement method capable of efficiently measuring a conductivity in a high-frequency area.SOLUTION: A disc resonator has: a first support that supports a first conductor sample; a second support that is provided to face the first support, and supports a second conductor sample; a third support that supports a third conductor sample such that gaps are formed between the first conductor sample and the third conductor sample and between the second conductor sample and the third conductor sample; and a signal transmission/reception unit that transmits and receives signals to and from the first conductor sample, the second conductor sample and the third conductor sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
