Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve work performance by facilitating the operation through a process of simplifying a regulator structure of a hydraulic pump, by calculating back the pump maximum dischargeable flow rate through a process of detecting output pressure of the pump, and by increasing energy efficiency through a process of increasing the pump output to the maximum extent on the basis of an output limit value of a motor.
CONSTITUTION: A pump output control device is provided with a first calculating means for calculating the input demanded amount by combining operating signals received by an operating means 11, a second calculating means for calculating the maximum dischargeable flow rate of a hydraulic pump 3 on the basis of a selected value of an output selecting means 2 and a pressure value read from a first detecting means, a comparing means for comparing the input demanded flow rate with the maximum dischargeable flow rate, a second selecting means for taking the maximum dischargeable flow rate as a pump output flow rate value when the input demanded flow rate is greater than the maximum dischargeable flow rate, and a means for controlling the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump 3 by outputting the pump output flow rate value by an electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve.
