A soft bag body 3 which forms a liquid chamber 2 is placed in a container main body 1, the bag body 3 is attached to the lower side peripheral wall surface of an opening member 4 attached to the opening part of the container main body 1, and a cylinder part 5 and a nozzle member 6 are attached to a mounting part 7 nearly in the middle of the opening member 4. A piston 8 is arranged freely slidably in the cylinder part 5, and two operation sides 15, 16 which are facing each other are bent using a joint as a fulcrum and formed in the piston 8. Press pieces 20, 21 attached to the operation sides 15, 16 are press-operated to slide the piston 8, and liquid in the bag body 3 is discharged from a comb part 6a through a nozzle member 6.
