Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the washing properly from being lowered by mixing of washing with rinse water in a case of using alkali water as the washing.
SOLUTION: This device is so constituted that a washing process and a rinse process are implemented in a washing chamber 3. It is provided with an electrolytic water generator for generating alkali water and acid water and a washing tank 14 for storing the alkali water generated by the electrolytic water generator, the alkali water in the washing tank 14 is used for the washing in the washing process, and a packing 19 which allows the washing to flow in the washing tank 14 during the washing process and prevents the rinse water to flow in the washing tank 14 during the rinse process is provided.
