Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tableware detergent composition for prewashing before mechanical cleaning, which has high cleaning power of starch dirts when subjecting to mechanical washing and has excellent transparent stability and suppressed foaming property, and a tableware cleaning method that uses the composition.SOLUTION: A tableware detergent composition for prewashing before mechanical cleaning includes (A) component and (B) component that are specific nonionic surfactants different in average addition molar numbers of alkyleneoxy groups form each other, a (C) component that is one or more kinds of compounds selected from alkenylsuccinic acid or its salt and fatty acid having 8 or larger and 10 or smaller carbon atoms or its salt, a (D) component that is glycol ether having carbons of from 6 or larger to 12 or smaller, a (E) component that is alcohol having 2 or larger and 3 or smaller carbon atoms, and water, in which a content of the (C) component is 0.5% by mass or larger and 4% by mass or smaller, a content of the (D) component is 8% by mass or larger, and a content of the (E) component is 2% by mass or larger and 20% by mass or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: None
