Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure smooth slide movement of a cylinder while preventing foreign matters from invading to the supporting part of the cylinder, and improve assembling property sharply.
CONSTITUTION: In a disk brake device 10, a pin covering member assembly 30 which consists of a fitting cap 20, a rubber boots 22, and a Teflon ring 24 is assembled on the supporting hole 18 of a cylinder 16 on which a slide pin 14 is penetrated. The fitting cap 20 and the rubber boots 22 are formed integratedly, and the Teflon ring 24 is assembled therein. After that, it is pressed-in and fixed on the circumferential edge part of the supporting hole 18. It is thus possible to facilitate assembling working, and sharply reduce sliding resistance when the cylinder 16 is sliding moved. And also it is possible to prevent foreign matters from invading in the supporting hole 18.
