Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of the electromagnetic (electric field) noises generated from the copper foil parts of a flexible circuit board to the outside and to prevent floating up of this flexible circuit board.
CONSTITUTION: The flexible circuit board 21 is composed by successively laminating an insulating base film 23, the copper foil 24 having circuit patterns formed, an insulating layer 25, a shielding layer 26 and an insulating cover film 27. The flexible circuit board 21 is mounted at a base in the state of positioning the shielding layer 26 on the upper side from the copper foil 24.
