Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a reproduced signal to be monitored later does not conform to recorded data recorded in a disk actually since recorded data are reproduced at a stage before recorded in the disk in a device using an optical head to be used for recording and reproducing in common.
SOLUTION: In accordance with judging of the starting of recording by a recording judging means 22, data are intermittently recorded in the disk at high speed and when recording is suspended, a reproducible state is set by a state setting means 25 to retrieve the beginning of the just prior recording section of the disk by an access means 19 to reproduce recorded data at high speed from the beginning of the just prior recording section. In addition, a recording starting position for starting a postscript when the means 22 judges the starting of recording is detected by a recording starting position detecting means 23. The recorded data are simultaneously added while synchronizing with already recorded data by a synchronization setting means 24 to secure continuity before and after the connection of the added recorded data to restart recording.
