Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve serviceability by preventing a drink from being split from a cup when taken out a merchandise take-out port by sealing the opening of the cup with a plastic film before taking out the cup with the drink concerning a cup type automatic drink vending machine. SOLUTION: A cup conveying mechanism 4 is provided in this machine, and after the drink is prepared by supplying and stirring raw materials and not water into a cup 9 carried out of a cup supplying mechanism 5, this drink is sent to a merchandise take-out port 3. Concerning such a cup mixing type automatic vending machine, a capping device 8 is mounted on the machine for covering the opening face of the cup with a thermally shrinkable film 10, for heating/shrinking the film 10 and for sealing the cup opening part. Just before sending the cup 9 to the merchandise take-out port 3 in series of drink vending operation processes, the cup opening part is covered with the thermally shrinkable film 10 by the capping device 8, thereafter, the film is thermally shrunk by heating it from its peripheral area, and the film 10 around its skirt is tightly adhered to the peripheral face of the cup and sealed so as not to allow the drink to spill.
