To provide a dispersed load-bearing type anchoring method, by which the tension test and anchoring of an anchor cable are conducted by using a jack device having small capacity, a shutter is made unnecessary and jack device itself can be simplified and the jack device is further fixed easily, and the jack device used when anchoring method is executed.

Anchor cables 43 are exposed and arranged outside a main cylinder 2 and an anchoring cylinder 3 for the jack device 1. The entire jack device 1 is miniaturized and lightened, while wedges 17 for anchoring can be installed to anchor cables 14 immediately before the anchor cables 43 are anchored to the anchor cables 14. Simple wedges are mounted on the second index plate 5, and the jack device 1 can be fixed firmly on the anchor head 14 sides.
