Title:
DISPLACEMENT SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10332425
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the short circuits between output terminals and leaking current and to eliminate the pressure control step when a semiconductor magnetic detecting element and a bias magnet are fixed, by securing the insulation between the semiconductor magnetic detecting element and the surface of the bias magnet.

The semiconductor magnetic detecting element 3 is mounted on a TAB film 2 and fixed to the surface of a bias magnet 1 with a bonding agent 4. By providing a tape 5 between the semiconductor magnetic detecting element 3 and the bias magnet 1, the semiconductor magnetic detecting element 3 can hold the specified interval for the surface of the bias magnet, and insulation is secured. Thus, the short circuits between the output terminals through the bias magnet 1 of the semiconductor magnetic detecting element 3, the prevention of the leaking current and the pressure control, when the semiconductor magnetic detecting element 3 is attached, are not required.
