Abstract:

To provide a display device and an electronic apparatus having the display device capable of improving strength of a touch panel and thinning the display device.

A display device 14 for displaying images comprises: a liquid crystal display panel 60 for displaying the image; a touch panel 64 arranged with a gap 80 from the liquid crystal display panel 60 to allow a user to input instructions by touching the touch panel 64; and a resin filler 90 filled in a region of the gap 80 provided between the liquid crystal panel 60 and the touch panel 64 to buffer force applied through the touch panel 64. The resin filler 90 is formed of a polymerizable resin composition, and light transmittance in a wavelength range of 430 nm to 700 nm of the resin filler 90 is 95% or more when film thickness of the resin filler 90 is 500 μm.
