An auxiliary line 35 electrically connected to a common power supply line 34 of a fixed potential is formed outside a pixel array section 30, and the fixed potential is applied to the other end of the auxiliary capacitance 25 through the auxiliary line 35. The auxiliary line 35 is disposed one by one while taking a plurality of pixel rows, for example, two upper and lower pixel rows (j) and (j+1) as one unit, and the single auxiliary line 35 is used in common between the upper and the lower pixels (20j) and (20j+1) belonging to the same pixel array, then, the wiring resistance of the auxiliary line 35 is reduced to suppress luminance shading caused by the wiring resistance.
