Abstract:
To provide a display device with high reliability, and a display device that operates at high speed.SOLUTION: A display device includes a first layer and a second layer that are stacked. The first layer includes an interface circuit, a buffer element, and a source driver circuit. The second layer includes a display part. The buffer element and the source driver circuit are provided to include a region overlapping with the display part. The interface circuit is electrically connected to an input terminal of the buffer element. An output terminal of the buffer element is electrically connected to the source driver circuit. The source driver circuit may include a buffer circuit. In this case, the output terminal of the buffer element may be electrically connected to an input terminal of the buffer circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
