Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To closely arrange adjacent display devices to each other when plural numbers of display devices, for displaying a figure and a character by emitting a light beam from a prescribed light source, are lined up/arranged.
SOLUTION: In a display device in which plural numbers of light sources 17 are arrayed on the side of the front surface of a substrate 12; a rear side terminal part 12d, being electrically conductive to front side terminal parts 12a, 12b corresponding to the respective light sources 17 and capable of surface packaging, is provided in an area close to the middle part and being separated by a fixed distance apart from the peripheral edge part on the rear surface of the substrate 12. Preferably, a solder ball 15 is formed in the respective rear side terminal parts 12d.
