To provide a display device capable of preventing electrostatic discharge of an electronic component, while effectively dissipating heat.
The display device comprises: a display section 1 including a display face 11a in a front side; exothermic electronic components 33a and 33b arranged at the back side of the display section 1; a shield 34 for electro-magnetically shielding the electronic components 33a and 33b; and a cabinet 2 for covering the back side of the display section 1. The display device includes a plurality of heat dissipating holes 23 and 24 in which the shield 34 and the cabinet 2 are formed at a back section so that a part of the electronic components 33a and 33b may be exposed. The border sections (34f and 34g) between adjoining shield heat dissipating holes (34c, 34d and 34e) which are formed in the shied 34 are positioned between the electronic components 33a and 33b, and the heat dissipating holes 23 and 24 of the cabinet 2.
