PURPOSE: To perform display of an airframe attitude so as to match with an actual maneuvering feeling by a method wherein graduations to display the position of a present airframe attitude angle are displayed in respective positions each proportioning to a specified value based on an angle to the airframe attitude angle of an angle displayed by each of the graduations marked at intervals of a specific angle.
CONSTITUTION: An airframe reference W to indicate the airframe body attitude angle of an aircraft is securely displayed. Graduations, for example, graduations of 0°, 5°, and 10°, marked at intervals of a specific angle 5° and the values, for example, 0, 5, and 10, of an attitude angle represented by the graduation are marked in a position, situated facing the airframe reference W, along a linear line and in a specified angle range containing a present airframe attitude angle. The graduation to display a present airframe attitude angle is displayed in a position proportioning to a value of sin (KTn°), wherein K is a constant, provided an angle to the airframe attitude angle, for example, 2°, of an angle, for example, 5°, displayed by each of the graduations marked at intervals of a specific angle distance, is Tn°(Tn=5°-2°=3°).
