To easily replenish merchandise from the back side in simple constitution in a display tool used so as to expand a merchandise display space by being attached to a merchandise display shelf or the like and to provide a useful holding member for merchandise display which is applied to the display tool.

This display tool A comprises: an attaching base 1 attached to an attaching object F such as fixtures for the merchandise display; a display part 2 attached to the attaching base 1 at a base end part 21a, extended to a tip part 21b and provided with a merchandise display area 2x for displaying information relating to the merchandise X on the tip part 21b; the holding member 3 detachably supported by the attaching base 1 so as to be extended along the lower part of the display part 2 and capable of holding the merchandise X; and a clamping part 4 supported at an optional position in the extension direction of the display part 2 and capable of detachably clamping the holding member 3.
