To efficiently distribute a slight amount of a powder by attaching a filter, which has a fine pore to almost completely retain the powder to be distributed, to the spuit-like tip end pore.
This chip 1 for powder distribution (hereafter called as a chip) comprises a base part 7 having the inner wall face which can airtightly be fitted in the tip end of a nozzle 5 of an operation part 3 and a through hole in the inside which is a spuit-like tip part tapered from the base part. A filter 9 is inserted and fixed in the aperture part of the tip end of the chip 1. A membrane filter is preferable as the filter 9 and the filter has a proper thickness to capture a fine particle smaller than the fine pore in the middle without sucking the particle in the inside. Moreover, in the case a fine powder which the filter 9 can not capture is mixed in the fine particle, it is preferable that a filter stopper 11 having further smaller fine pore diameter is attached to the tip end aperture of the nozzle 5. Consequently, a prescribed slight amount of a powder can quantitatively be distributed.
