This one-piece dress-type disposable sterilization garment comprises: a neck part (3) obtained by die-cutting the center part of the upper end seal (2) of a bag-shaped sheet (1) having an open lower end (1b) by a size so that the human head can pass through the die-cut part; and hand parts (4a and 4b) obtained by die-cutting from both of the ends of the upper end seal (2) of a the sheet toward upper parts on both of the sides of the sheet by a size so that the human arms can pass through the die-cut parts. Then, the neck part (3) has a cut line (5) in the direction of a lower end (1b).
