Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change capacity of pockets, in a disposable surgical blanket in which at least one or more windows are formed in the center of the laminated body, by preparing a pocket open in the direction of the windows and installing partitions repeatedly attachable inside the pocket.
SOLUTION: In a surgical blanket in which, in the center of a water-repellent nonwoven sheet 1, a liquid absorbent sheet 2 is laminated having an area smaller than that of the nonwoven sheet 1 and in which a window 4 is formed in the middle of the absorbent sheet 2, a pocket 3 open in the direction of the window 4 is arranged on the liquid absorbent sheet 2 on both sides of the window 4. The capacity of the pocket is made freely changeable by forming an easily repeatedly attachable partition 10 at least in a part of the inside surface of the pocket 3 on each side. The liquid absorbent sheet 2 is formed with a polyethylene film laminated on one side of the sheet, which is then laminated, pressurized and thermally stuck to the water repellent nonwoven sheet 1; after that, the window 4 is cut out on the sheet 1 to complete the surgical blanket.
