Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare disposable underpants having a constitution not leaking urine and soft excreta out of underpants even in urination of a wearer in a lying state sideways.
CONSTITUTION: In disposable underpants comprising an inner absorbing member having an absorbing material laid between a liquid permeable top sheet and a liquid impermeable back sheet and an outer sheet which is arranged at the outside of the inner absorbing member and is formed into a shape of underpants, both right and left side parts in the width direction of the back sheet are folded back to the top of the absorbing material and the folded back part is bonded to the under surface or the top of both the sides in the width direction of the top sheet.
