Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely cut garbage in order to prevent its putrefaction, to facilitate its fermentation before furthermore collapsing its tissues to extract exceptionally much moisture.
SOLUTION: First, garbage is coarsely crushed by a coarse crushing blade 9 fitted to a rotating shaft 10, and then, it is finely cut by a rotary blade 28 on a rotary base body 14 fitted to the rotating shaft 10 and a fixed projecting rod with edge parts 25 being adjacent to it and projecting downward from an upper cover 11. The finely cut garbage is hit by a rotary projecting rod 27 also fitted to the rotary base body 14 and rotated at high speed, and is ground by it and a fixed pushing rod 24 projecting downward from the upper cover 11 or the fixed projecting rod with edge parts 25. Then, tissues (such as cellulose) of the garbage are collapsed and moisture is turned into the state in which it is easily extracted. The water content of that which is obtained by squeezing the ground material by a press becomes small, and so it is easily fermented.
