Title:
DISTRIBUTED CONSTANT NOISE FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3476917
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a distributed constant noise filter, which facilitates an adjustment of its characteristics, in particular an adjustment of an attenuation pole, by a structurally simple improvement and can obtain desired attenuation characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: In a distributed constant noise filter constituted into a structured where signal line conductor coil patterns 2b to 2g and ground line conductor coil patterns 3b to 3g are respectively arranged between a plurality of ceramic layers 1a to 1g within a laminated material 1 formed by laminating the layers 1a to 1g and at the same time, the patterns 2b to 2f and the patterns 3b to 3f are respectively connected with the interlayer patterns 2c to 2g adjacent to the patterns 2b to 2f and with the interlayer patterns 3c to 3g adjacent to the patterns 3b to 3f and the patterns 2b to 2g and the patterns 3b to 3g are arranged in such a way as to oppose to each other, a ground conductor electrode 8, which is magnetically coupled with the pattern 3g, is formed.
