PURPOSE: To attain a distributed type competition control system impartial in the distribution of priority order by means of a simple circuit by using a ring-like connected request line to transfer the using right of respective function blocks.
CONSTITUTION: Plural function blocks each of which has a request input terminal A and a request output terminal B are connected like a ring so that the output terminal B of each function block 1 is connected to the input terminal A of the succeeding block 1 and respective blocks 1 are connected to a common resource 2. Each function block 1 is provided with a storage means 3, a polarity determining means 4 and a using right deciding means 5. Consequently, a competition controlling circuit impartial in the distribution of priority order and capable of distributed arrangement can be obtained by a simple circuit format.
