In a portable telephone set 3/miniaturized general computer 6 (user device), a mark information for showing the distribution of information provision with a program packaged for reading guide information is always present on a display picture at all the time and changed with received action information and taste information (segmented information) corresponding to the individual input information of the user and the read contents of the guide information is transferred. A guide providing information collecting site device 4 stores the segmented information transferred from the user device and provides the guide information. A guide providing/expanding device 9 retrieves the segmented information stored in the guide providing information collecting site device 4, transfers the action information for reading the guide information corresponding to each of such information (consumer/user) to the user device and transfers that guide information.
