Title:
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM RESTORATION PROCEDURE EDITING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0799726
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the reduction of a time required to edit a restoration procedure by a method wherein, when a monitoring control means is informed that a fault is produced in a distribution system by a telecontroller, the faulty section and the power supply trouble section are recognized by the comparison of the distribution system with a distribution system in a memory device, etc., and an optimum combination of switches for the restoration is calculated.

CONSTITUTION: When it is recognized by a monitoring control means 3 that a fault is produced in a distribution system, the power supply trouble section of the system is calculated and a combination generating means 4 is informed of the section. The combination generating means 4 generates the combination of switches which is decided to be optimum taking the loads of the respective sections before the fault and spare capacities of adjacent distribution lines into consideration. A procedure editing means 5 edits a restoration procedure in accordance with the combination. That is, the switches belonging to the power supply trouble section are assigned to respective restoration routes, the switches which do not belong to the restoration routes are extracted from a memory device 7 as unoperable switches and, taking the connection relations between the unoperable switches and the restoration routes into account, procedure generating priorities are given to the respective restoration route and the procedures in the respective restoration routes are edited following the priorities.
