Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the continuous production of rice balls having little weight error.
SOLUTION: The mechanism comprises the following components: a rice-dividing- supplying mechanism A consisting of a rice-dividing-supplying mold 1 which has an upper transporting mold 4 having a movable dividing blade 3, a lower transporting mold 5, a rice-transporting path 8, a front bottom wall 11 formed both on a lower bottom wall 11a and an upper bottom wall 11b via a forming stage 12, a hole 13 formed on the lower bottom wall 11a which falls a lower rice body b and a hole 14 formed on the upper bottom wall 11b which falls an upper rice body c, and charging-pressing molds 6, 7 placed above the hole 14 of the rice-dividing-supplying mold 1; an intermittently rotating table B having receiving molds 26 and 27 placed on rotary board 25; and a rice-combining molding mechanism C comprising a rice- combining mold 28 consisting of a pushing up hole 32 and a pushing down hole 33 placed on a bottom wall 31 for an upper rice body, an upward transporting mold 29, a pushing up bar 37 which pushes up an upper rice body toward the pushing up hole 32 and a pressing mold 38 which pushes down an upper rice body to a lower rice body.
