Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate micro current by providing a collector ground circuit where current flows into an emitter side, current is made to flow out from a base side, current flowing into the emitter side is divided in accordance with a current amplification rate and divided current is made to flow out from the base side.
SOLUTION: Transistors Q2 and Q3 constitute a differential amplifier circuit as a control part. Transistors Q1 and Q4 constitute an emitter flowerier circuit and are respectively connected to the bases of the transistors Q2 and Q3. They function as buffers and enlarge the input impedance of an input terminal. Transistors Q7 and Q8 constitute a current mirror circuit and the sum of the emitter currents of the transistors Q2 and Q3 is set. The collector current of the transistor Q8 is almost equal to the emitter current of the transistor Q7 and it is decided by power voltage Vcc and a resistor R1. Then, it become almost Vcc/R1.
