Abstract:
To provide a doctor device capable of keeping the contact angle, contact area and pressure of a doctor blade to a plate surface constance even if the abrasion of the doctor blade advances.
The doctor device is equipped with a doctor pressing means for pressing the doctor blade coming into contact with a plate cylinder, an inclination detection means for detecting the inclination of the doctor blade holder in a doctor blade pressing state, a forward and rearward moving means for allowing the doctor holder to advance or retreat with respect to the plate surface on a doctor stand and a bending detection means for detecting the bending quantity of the edges of the doctor blade.
