Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up the circulation of a document and to improve the productivity by learning nodes through which the document is only passed and other nodes from the path of documents which were circulated in the past.
SOLUTION: A path analysis part 20 classifies nodes into nodes which were useful in filling fields and other nodes by matching a list of the identifiers that nodes gave in circulation against identifiers filling respective fields to generate a path. A document similarity calculation part 40 calculates whether or not there is a document similar to a past document when a new document is prepared. Based on the calculation result, a path presentation part 50 selectively presents a node having fields filled among paths that the path analysis part 30 generated as a transfer destination when a document preparing terminal 10 and a document circulation terminal 20 transfers the new document to other nodes. Consequently, the nodes through which the document is passed through and other nodes are learnt from the past paths of documents to eliminate transfer to unnecessary nodes.
