Abstract:

To provide a technique capable of improving convenience of a user when performing processing relating to a certain document.

When accepting an execution command of first processing (print processing, box storage processing, and the like) relating to a first document (an application form for business trip, or the like), a document management device 10 identifies a candidate site (a business trip destination or the like) as an execution side of second processing (image capturing processing or the like) to be executed after the first processing relating to the first document, and obtains location information of the candidate site (steps S11-S13). The document management device 10 transmits air tag information including the location information to an air tag information management server, and registers the air tag information relating to the candidate in the air tag information management server 50 (steps S14 and S16).
