Documents are roughly divided into two kinds of administrative document and general document. When forming a document, either one of them is selected as a document type and assigned to the document. Holders are similarly roughly divided to information disclosure holder and general holder. Property items of the information disclosure holder are partially linked while having the same item as property information of administrative documents under it, so that only administrative documents can be stored under the information disclosure holder, and different administrative documents cannot be stored therein. Accordingly, administrative documents and general documents can be stored under the information disclosure holder and the general holder, respectively.
