Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify document producing operation and to improve processing speed by executing spelling check at every extraction of one sentence from an input character string by referring a morphene analyzing result found out at the time of KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI' (Chinese character) conversion. CONSTITUTION:When a character string and a control code are inputted from an input part 1, the morphene analysis corresponding to the character code is executed, KANA/KANJI conversion is executed in accordance with the analyzing result, document is produced, and the morphene analyzing result is stored correspondingly to the KANA/KANJI conversion result. When the input of a character string constituting one sentence is detected, the character string constituting the sentence is extracted and a spelling check part 11 is started. The morphene analyzing result is referred, parsing, meaning analysis, literary style analysis, the oscillation analysis of notation, the consistency check of pharentheses, etc., for the extracted sentence are selectively executed or their combination is executed, so that a sentence check (spelling check) can be automatically executed. Consequently, the processing operation can be simplified and the processing speed can be improved.
