The peak amplifier device 2 includes a second device body 2c, a second input terminal 2a and a second output terminal 2b, and the second input terminal 2a and the second output terminal 2b are arranged oppositely with the second device body 2c in between. The peak amplifier device 2 is mounted in a position shifted from the position of the main amplifier device 1 in an input/output direction Ds from the first input terminal to the first output terminal of the main amplifier device 1.
